We have the well experienced and certified engineer for our field work and service centre. Our all support engineer are certified i.e. A+, N+, SERVER, SECURITY, MCSE, MCSD, CCNA, CCNP and RHCE. Aconite Vincom has been providing equipment maintenance services throughout the Eastern States of India since 2003.
- Support services are available at a very low price and in case of major breakdown, standby machine is available.
- Technical support is available at your place within short time.
- Online support is offered during office hours, at your service through phone/ internet.

- During major breakdowns, we provide standby parts if it is to be repaired through us/ to be replaced through us.

We will:
- attend your faulty computer in the shortest possible time, usually the same day
- repair/replace the defective components (at our cost for comprehensive warranty)
- do preventive maintenance of your computer every month
- optimize the settings so that they work efficiently
- check for virus, once every month
- make sure you can connect to your network flawlessly
We offer four types of maintenance contract:
- Non-Comprehensive – We will provide service; repair/replace the defective parts will at your cost.
- Comprehensive - We provide service and repair/replace the defective parts at our cost.
- “ON CALL” service – We will provide “ON CALL” service on Particulars (Computer Service Charges) Charges as stated below.
- Resident Engineer – The Institute/Organization/Office or any establishment having more than 50 systems will be provided with a resident engineer if required on monthly salary basis as on the market rate.
Packages
As per the market and our customers we designed three types of AMC packages to suit our customer’s budget and to avail the facility of multiple choices for their business requirement and required services.

1 – ECONOMY :
- Cover for any problems that occur with existing systems and networks within 12 working hours.
- No any preventive maintenance will be provided.
- Large cost savings compared to individual calls.

2 – STANDARD :
As per economy but with extra options including
- Cover for any problems that occur with existing systems and networks within 6 working hours.
- Two preventive maintenance will be provided within AMC period.

3 – PREMIUM :
As per standard but with extra options including :
- Preventative maintenance – 4 periodic checks on your system before problems occur.
- Virus & spy ware checks.
- Out of office hours support.
- On-site consultation.
- Tuition for windows and computer use.
- Installation and configuration of new hardware.

Solutions
WAN
WAN connectivity is an organization’s IT gateway to its other sites as well as the outer world. AVPL has rich experience in designing and implementing WAN solutions with all types of WAN links including PSTN RAS, ISDN, serial, FR, E1, VSAT for single and multi-location customers. We have provided redundancy based on HSRP as well as links on the same or separate routers, and QoS and VoIP solutions in addition to router hardening at various locations. AVPL provides world’s unique load balancing solution on incoming as well as outgoing traffic on multiple links.
AVPL also undertakes the activity of co-ordinating with service providers to arrange cost-effective WAN links as a turnkey solution provider.
LAN and Wireless LAN
Switching is the core networking requirement in each office of an organization and plays an important role in productivity. AVPL designs and implements customized solutions that result in smooth flow of data from various hosts taking care of performance and scalability as the business grows, without losing the cost-effectiveness of the solution.
